Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The beach location is stunning, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, the service at times was lacking, particularly in the dining area and from some staff members, which dampened the experience a bit. I had a pretty good time at the resort, especially because of its beautiful location on the west Railay beach. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and I loved the breakfast views right by the beach. However, the service felt a bit mechanical and could use a touch more warmth. Also, the noise from motorboats throughout the day was quite bothersome at times, making it hard to relax.
